This website is operated and owned by Latent Light Ltd, the content of which includes, but is not limited to text, graphics, layout, design and coding. The photographic images in electronic form or otherwise are the property and are owned by Latent Light Ltd and the photographer whose name is associated with said / such image / photograph. All content of LatentLight.com is bound by copyright and illegal use of its content will be dealt with in accordance to copyright laws.
Breach of Terms and Conditions
You agree to pay all costs ,losses ,damages and expenses to Latent Light Ltd howsoever incurred by all / any of them as a result in your breach of these said terms and conditions or your unauthorised use of content / images / photographs and related rights attached to these.
E-mail Information
We have to use your e-mail address for the purposes of processing your order / subscription / enquiries and electronic image authorisation. If you don't want any other information sent to you like offers and news letters please click the box on your order form and you will be removed from our mailing list. By clicking this box you are still allowing us to use your e-mail address for the purposes of processing your order / subscription / enquiries and electronic image authorisation.

All images / Photographic / Electronic are copyrighted to Latent Light Ltd and the photographers associated with the images. You may not use these images commercially or on any other web site commercial or otherwise unless you have entered into an agreement with LatentLight.com on behalf of the photographer by filling out an authorisation form for electronic images ( See: Electronic Images ) and paid the moneys due in full. All printed products are the copyright of Latent Light Ltd and the photographer associated with that image and therefore should not be copied in any way whatsoever, the copyright of ALL the images on LatentLight.com stay with Latent Light Ltd and the associated photographer in what ever form the image is produced and you can only buy the right to either have a copy in print or to have an electronic copy for use only in that which is specified in your authorisation application.
You can use any image from this site for your personal, non-commercial, non-website based home use but in doing so you enter into a contract with Latent Light Ltd that you will only download or make a single copy of an image or photograph per computer, and that you retain all credits and copyright information / notices associated with that image attached. You may view and browse through the images on this site on your computer.
All content of Latent Light Ltd website, including,but not limited to, the design,layout,logo and images are copyright of Latent Light Ltd and any use or copying of such will be dealt with in accordance with the copyright laws, this is to include the re-transmitting of any content in part or in full whatsoever.
Delivery of Goods
All goods purchased from LatentLight.com will be sent to the cardholders address and that address only. This is due to the legal requirement for card sales and delivery of goods. It allows us to check that your card is not being used fraudulently on the Internet and safeguards you against fraudulent use of your card. Please respect the use of this safeguard.
Your goods will be sent out in the time frame stated on the website at the time of purchase. Orders are despatched in a hardback envelope, box or in a cardboard tube depending on the size of print ordered, by Royal Mail or courier. This enables us to trace the item to make sure you get the best service from us at Latent Light Ltd.
Sale of Goods
All prints at Latent Light Ltd are checked by our staff to make sure that the print is of the highest quality possible and that the colours are true to the originals. Due to the differences in viewing images on your screen and printing techniques we cannot guarantee that the printed image will look identical to the image as viewed on the site. Local settings such as screen contrast, brightness and colour as well as age and manufacturer of equipment will all contribute to the on-screen display. What we do promise is that the greatest care is taken in printing and colour matching the prints we send out and they are printed to the highest standards possible and are fit for the purpose for which we sell them.
All electronic images will be sent to you by which ever means you have choosen, FTP, e-mail or post , in the time frame stated on the website at the time of purchase. Postal Orders will be sent out in a hardback envelope in a CD case, with a copy of the authorisation form stating for what use it is authorised. The CD will also have copyright details printed on it together with the image number. Images by e-mail and FTP will have the authorisation form sent electronically with it in Word format. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and Refund Policy
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Latent Light Management. Please use the sales link on the 'Contact Us' page to advise us of any queries regarding a transaction. The 30 day money back guarantee is subject to conditions. These conditions are: that the product is returned to us at the address as listed on LatentLight.com in it's original condition and that the quality is significantly below par for what could be reasonably expected for that product. We will not make a refund if the product is of the quality expected and no refunds can be given for products that are no longer fit for re-sale or that have been bought in error. We cannot accept responsibilty for products going missing in the post and without the return of these products cannot make a refund. We do not accept responsibility for the costs of returning these products to us.
