Latent Light has its own professional printing and production facilities, all under one roof at its Head Office in Bristol. We DO NOT send any of our products outside of the building for 3rd party production. This allows us to control the manufacturing processes and the quality of every product we produce, and most importantly make sure that the products are right first time, everytime.

Our aim is simple, to produce the best quality products possible at the best possible price. This does not mean that we cut corners or down grade our products, we just make them ourselves. Alot of the product raw materials are specially made for us here in the UK and this keeps all of our costs down. Choosing us could save you money, increase your margins ( and we all need that at the moment ) and increase your customer satisfaction.

A few FAQ's

  • We aim to deliver all of our products well within the timescales shown on the website, normally 3-4 working days.
  • We DO NOT brand any of our products, but we know which ones are ours.
  • Our postage only has 3 variations for Mainland UK, £3.50,£6.75 or FREE and is worked out on the value of the order, per address and not per product.
  • We have a very low return/damage rate, 1 in 3000 to be exact.
  • We have excellent customer service levels, and always try to exceed your expectations. Do you hate it when you cant get hold of the boss, well here you can.
  • Alot of our clients are so happy with our products that they allow us to send them direct to their customers, you could do the same.
  • How do i become a trade customer?

    If you are a fulltime professional photographer, own a studio or have a photographic business then you are eligible for our trade prices. All you need to do is register on the website, either using the 'join us' link on the LHS or by clicking the 'my uploads' text in the top RH corner of our website. As soon as you have registered then send an email to adamg@latentlight.com including your username that you registered with, your business address, business name and website. We will then take a look at the details and send you an email back when your log in has been changed. (If the request is declined for any reason then we will email you to let you know.) All you need to do then is log in as normal and you will be able to view the trade prices and order our products.

  • Portfolio Space
  • Display your images in our database and sell them as our products. You make the difference between the trade price and our retail price.
  • Private Galleries
  • Use our Private Galleries feature and you can set your own prices and you make the difference between the trade price and what ever you have set as your price. You can have as many galleries as you like and you can set private log in's for each. A great way to show your clients their images and sell direct to them.
