Delivery Information

We deliver quickly, safely and at a reasonable cost. We keep our charges low and make sure that they reflect the actual cost of delivery. We also use our own patented delivery boxes to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.

We offer Royal Mail and Courier delivery services. For single items or small / lightweight products, we use Royal Mail's Letter or Large Letter services. For larger single items weighing up to 1Kg, we use Courier (Interlink Express Pack 1) and for anything over 1 Kg or with multiple items, we use Courier (Interlink Express Parcel).

Prices for all the available delivery services are calculated in the Shopping Basket and Checkout of this website. The cheapest option is automatically selected for you, unless a different delivery service was already selected in the basket.

Delivery Costs

Each product page on the website has a 'Delivery' tab that displays the UK delivery cost for that item. Your shopping basket and checkout will allow you to select a different delivery service, as there is often more than one service available to your address. Our delivery charges are detailed below.

  • Royal Mail Letter (e.g. Greetings Cards) £1.20
  • Royal Mail Large Letter (e.g. Photo Books, Keyrings) £3.00
  • Courier (single items upto 1Kg) £4.80
  • Courier (items 1-10Kg) £6.90
  • Courier (items 10Kg+) £6.90 + £0.41 per additional Kg

If you order several items of different sizes, the delivery cost will be based on the largest item in your basket.

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Outlying UK Locations

If you live in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and some other more remote parts of the country, delivery costs by courier can increase. It may also take an extra day to get to you. Please check the exact cost for delivery in your shopping basket. Simply enter your postcode (or select your country from the drop down list) and the delivery costs will be re-calculated based on the weight of the items in your basket.

Receiving Your Order

All of our delivery services require a signature when you receive it, so it is very important that you check your delivery before signing. Please check the following before signing:

  • Is the parcel damaged in any way?
  • Have you got the correct number of parcels?

If there is any visible damage on the packaging then you must make note of that when signing for a delivery. Please notify us within 24 hours by email if there is any physical damage to the products you receive. Failure to do this may stop us being able to make a claim with the courier and therefore prevent us from replacing the goods free of charge. With the high quality packaging and the care and attention we give to each order, it is very rare for a customer to ever receive a damaged product.

Finally, as all of our products are personalised and made to your specifications they are excluded from the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. This does not effect your Statutory Rights.
